Steph Curry's Warriors contract? Salary, time frame, and more

Curry was the MVP in the 2022 Finals and has won four NBA championships. In 2015 and 2016, he also won back-to-back MVP honors.

The 35-year-old shown that he has not slowed down with age by winning the scoring title in 2016 and 2021. This season, he scored 29.4 points on average per game. In the league, that score ranked seventh best.

Curry agreed to a four-year, $215.3 million contract before the current season.

Curry earns $53.8 million on average yearly. In the 2025–2026 fiscal year, the last year of his contract, he will be paid $59.6 million. He will be a free agent following that season because he will be 37 years old.

His compensation for 2021–22 increased by 105% as a result of his extension. Throughout the course of the contract, Curry will be responsible for almost 38% of the team's salary cap. His deal has a $51.9 million dead cap value.

He then agreed to a four-year extension with the Warriors. The Warriors controlled his Bird rights, so the agreement was a rookie extension. An annual compensation of $11 million was included in the $44 million contract.

Since the Warriors still had the Bird rights to Steph Curry, he decided to sign a maximum deal with them in 2017. Curry inked a five-year, $201 million contract with the Warriors. He received an average salary of $40.2 million, and the contract was completely guaranteed after signing.
