Manchester United emerge as leading contender to sign PSG superstar

This summer, Manchester United is the front-runner in the competition to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar.

The dominant English Premier League teams are searching for a Brazilian forward to bolster their attack as they are just one point away from qualifying for Champions League football next season.

The Premier League rivals Chelsea and Manchester United are competing to sign Neymar, according to a report from the French publication L'Equipe.

According to reports, the 20-time English champions are in advanced negotiations with Neymar's agents

The Ligue 1 giants' deal with Neymar expires in 2027, but the team reportedly plans to move on from the forward if a good offer is made.

In August 2017, Neymar transferred to the French powerhouses in a transfer deal worth a record-breaking £189 million.

The 31-year-old Neymar has scored 118 goals in 173 games for PSG but has recently had injury issues.
