Anthony Davis' Brutally Honest Quote After Lakers Get Eliminated

The Los Angeles Lakers and Anthony Davis were eliminated from the NBA Playoffs on Monday night by the Denver Nuggets following a 113-111 loss in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals.

Davis had an outstanding Playoffs, and in 40 minutes of action in Game 4, he finished with 21 points, 14 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and three blocks.

But the eight-time NBA All-Star only managed a 6/15 field goal percentage.

After 12 games, the Lakers had a record of 2-10 and were the seventh seed in the Western Conference.

The Lakers' achievement of finishing as a top-four team was noteworthy given their inconsistent season.

With incredible averages of 25.9 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.1 steals, and 2.0 blocks per game while shooting 56.3% from the field, Davis finished his 11th season in the NBA.

He played four seasons for the Lakers and seven for the New Orleans Pelicans.
